Caseta Smart Fan Speed Control & Echobee Room Sensor

Does anyone know if it is possible for a Caseta smart fan speed control switch to kick on a ceiling fan if a certain room temperature is reached and/or if the Echobee room sensor detects someone is in the room?

This would not be a function of Caseta. You would need a HA system like Wink or SmartThings or maybe something like IFTTT as a go between. The question would be if the ecoBee makes the sensor data available for external use.
