    Question RRD-6ND / RD-RD Three Way Issue

I'm struggling to get a two of my three-way switches to work right. They work fine with a normal common switch.

With the RRD-6ND on the active and RD-RD on the other side: I can turn on and off my lights with the RRD-6ND, but only turn on the light with the RD-RD. Light won't go off via the RD-RD. I swapped switch locations and the lights don't turn on and off at all.

Here's some photos that might be helpful:

This sounds complicated but it is not. You need to determine which wire is hot. Pull the gap switch on BOTH devices. Identify the hot wire. Put the RD at this location. Connect the hot wire to the black screw. You should have a red and black left from the same cable. Connect red to blue, black to brass.

At the other end, connect the black from the first box (of the red/black combo) to the black wire. Connect the red from the first box to the blue screw. Connect remaining wire to the brass screw.
