Wallplug Dimmer not being added to hub

Hub for home up and running. Trying to add the wall plug dimmers to system. I follow instructions, the dimmers blink as per instructions but are never added to system. These wall plugs are already paired with pico remotes. The remotes are in the system but won’t work from the app— only if I press remote directly does it work. How to fix wall plugs to get them as added devices?

How far away are the plug-in dimmers from the smart hub? If greater than 30 feet, you will have to bring the hub closer to get them within range of the hub's signal or add a Caséta repeater to the system to extend the RF signal. If they are within range, the plug-in dimmers may have to be reset to add in to the system. Try doing a factory default. It may think it is part of another system because it is linked to the Pico.
