Never seen a WAC switch leg dimmer damage anything else, just horrible performance. There could be an issue if the neutral is shared, never had two WAC legs on dimmers in the same ganged box.

Has anyone determined what this blinking pattern is? I have the same issue also it does not appear the dimmer will reset to factory defaults. Seems to get almost there but then stops. After the second triple tap, leds go from max to min scrolling, then all flash and the RRD-6NA rests at the lowest setting. Can't seem to reactivate this dimmer. Phillips bulbs that were on the list were used, but seems the dimmer is stuck in reverse phase.

That error code means that for some reason the dimmer doesn't have a proper serial number in its firmware. If you have a dimmer with this blink pattern, please contact Lutron Tech Support at 1-844-588-7661 for a replacement dimmer.

I had a similar experience. I was able to activate the switch by entering the Serial number in the Activation screen. Not an ideal solution but it worked.
