Can a Pico remote be trained directly to a Smart Hub?

I would like to have a Pico remote in my bedroom that can turn all (or many lights) in the house on or off at once (in the middle of the night as an example). I know I can pair the pico with each wall or lamp dimmer but some are too far away. Is there an easier solution?

Figured it out. Yes it can be trained and configured appropriately. Thanks all.
