No response from dimmer switch after install

The LUT-MLC doesn't go inline (series), it goes parallel to the load. One lead goes to each side of the load (light).

So I did that, and now the lights turn all the way off when I switch them off, (they weren't doing that before), but I'm still getting a flashing red LED and no connection to the hub. I'm starting to think these exterior fixtures aren't going to work.

Can you temporarily change the type of bulbs in the fixtures to see if the problem goes away when an incandescent load is installed?

The fixture has a built-in LED array. Its not a socket to accept different bulbs.

Jsmooth65- probably running into the issue that the fixture is ELV for dimming and probably wants a neutral wire dimmer. Best bet if you are married to that fixture, pull a neutral wire and replace with the PD-5NE per my earlier suggestion. Otherwise I would say that the fixture is incorrect for the application and advise to swap the fixture that is a standard socket and run an quality LED bulb.
