Wiring PD-6ANS-WH 3-Way Neutral Question

I attached a diagram of what my 3 way light setup looks like. I was going to put the PD-6ANS-WH switch in the gang box with the white/black wire with yellow nut. Is that the neutral wire of the circuit?

Its a strange circuit and not two whites, but guess it functions all the same?

There's no neutral in that circuit at either switch. It's only a switch leg.

darn that what I was afraid of. Does lutron still make the non-neutral required switch?

Could I use this switch? PD-5WS-DV switch

Or better to just get another dimmer? I just hate to replace all the bulbs with dimmer bulbs since this is in a basement. A simple on off would do.

The 5WS is still available. Without the neutral, there are not as many LED options. You may want to check the list to make sure.
