Can't upgrade to Inclusive
I recently had to change laptops and went to install the Radio RA programming on the new laptop and do my usual upgrade to Inclusive. When I click on the step where it says if you have a My Lutron Account (which I do) click here, it comes back on the Lutron site saying the page cannot be found. I have done it with no problem in the past, but have tried for 3 days now and keep getting the same result each time. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it thinking something might have gone wrong with the install download, but still have the same result

give them your account info and let them know you are Level 2 certified and have been able in the past to upgrade
probably just a box for them to click on your account to enable the upgrade code generation

They did get back with me and I guess something had gone wrong with my information and you were correct that is just took them getting it put back into their system and I was able to upgrade just like normal. I appreciate the help on how to correct the problem.
