New user, needs access to 12.xx software

Hi, I am certain I am missing something really obvious. Perhaps a kind soul could point me in the right direction.

I went through the training, passed the test and downloaded the software. (essentials?) Version is 11.6.0. Unfortunately, my RR2 system was initially programmed with 12.0.1 and I must have at least that version to be able to extract the project from my main repeater. The guy that originally programmed it is MIA.

I've not been able to find that version on the Lutron site. The SW's help/upgrade menu item takes me trough a process that results in me being sent to a non-existent page on the Lutron Site. On the site, going to "design and configuration software" shows only one thing "Lutron Designer" which isn't it.

You'll need a myLutron account. Do you have records from your training? You'll have to email that to Lutron after setting up your account. mylutronsupport@lutron.com . That should unlock the downloads section to reach the 12.0.1.

12.0.1 requires the myLutron account information in order to open the software. I don't know, or believe, you can downgrade your .ra2 file to 11.6 from 12.0.1, so "updating" your firmware to 11.6 will result in loss of programming entirely. Try and get the 12.0.1 file from the original programmer.

Thanks. I did set up a mylutron account but was missing the step, assumed it was automatic. Will try that.

Closing the loop on this topic for anyone else who was confused.

As suggested, I contacted support (mylutronsupport@lutron.com) and provided them with:
    - cert for passing the RR2 Level training test
    - mylutron user name
    - LCI training user name

About an hour later they enabled the download section of mylutron account.
