    Regretting Connect Bridge

So have had zero issues with old Lutron App. This new app, is just non stop issues.

The latest is this. Add a new bridge, updating all the firmware in the main repeaters. Get the bridge active, even integrate Nest. Check the app on the wifi and it works. Then, on LTE (smart phone it worked. A couple days later, it just stopped working remotely. It still works on the wifi, but not on smartphone/LTE. The prior version (pre bridge) never had an issue, now its just doesn't work! Did the port used by the bridge change?

    Thank you

I don't think you can change the port. ISPs are notorious for updating their modems and changing settings without notice. The connect bridge requires the modem to be in bridge mode. Computers and phones are smart enough to navigate their way to the internet. The Connect Bridge is not.

Tech support can tell you if they can see the connect bridge. If not, it is definitely the modem.

There is also a firmware update for the connect bridge on the website.
