Bath Fan Won't Work if Light Dimmer Set High

I have a weird problem I could really use help with. I have a 2 gang box in our bathroom where one switch (MA-T51MN) controls a Panasonic FV-05-11VKL1 bath fan and the other switch (MACL-153M) controls the lights above the mirror and the fans on board LED light. If the light dimmer is set to it's brightest setting, the fan will not come on. If the lights are on a mid range or low setting, the fan comes on fine. All the lights in the lighting circuit are LED's.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Hello kmayer,
Thank you for your post! It sounds like this might be being caused by the two different types of LEDs you are using causing line noise that is interfering with one another. Every LED has a driver, each driver is manufactured differently and using a mixed LED lighting load can result in this type of interaction as the drivers are both pulling different current and voltage amounts. As a troubleshooting step, we would advise you to replace one of the LED lights above the mirror with an incandescent or halogen light bulb to see if the issue persists. If adding the incandescent or halogen doesn't fix the issue, we would advise calling us up at Lutron Tech Support @ 1-888-588-7661 to troubleshoot further.

    Hope this information helps!

Thanks. It exhibits the same behavior with incandescent bulbs too.
