Integration for Conditional Logic and Double Tap

Can someone recommend a software to run on a home server which would integrate with RadioRA 2 so that i could get some conditional logic and some additional functions. For example, if the software sees a button being pressed two times in less than 2 seconds it would activate a scene or activate a macro. Or if it sees two buttons pressed at the same time it would trigger an actions. Also, if a button is pressed during a specified time period it would perform an action but if pressed during another time period it would perform a different action?
I would prefer a software that could do this through a graphical interface, instead of having to write code.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Windows, Mac, or Linux? For Mac, I think Indigo will do what you want. Can't help for Windows or Linux.
