    RA2 in-wall outlet

I know Lutron offers a plug in RA2 appliance module....but wondering if they'll ever make an in-wall outlet like Honeywell, GE, and Leviton do.
I know the Honeywell and GE are Z-wave while the Leviston is Z-wave + Vizia RF.

I would love to be able to control devices plugged into outlets directly without extra wires and modules laying on the floor, and I'd rather do it through RA2 then Z-Wave.

I hope someone has some good news......

    Thanks,
    -Jeff

They do have one for the commercial lines (see CAR2S-15-STR, etc.). Not sure if or when it will make it to the residential lines.

There are certainly applications for this in residential but I think I would rather have a multi-plug version like the MRF2-3PD-3.

    Thank you Randy
I see the CAR2S works on Lutron RF, so does that mean it will work with RA2?

No. Only a few items can be used with more than 1 family. Through the magic that is Lutron: Grafik Eye Units, Picos and shades are compatible with multiple families. The things we really want to be compatible, like dimmers and keypads are not.
