Our development team is working hard on ensuring the upcoming versions are released as quickly as possible but are as stable as possible. We do not have a specific date of release, but it is tentatively looking like by the end of next week.

Where is 3 button with raise/lower palladium keypad?

At this moment, the Palladiom 3 button with raise/lower keypad is not available for spec yet, thus it does not have support in the software. Once the keypad becomes availabel to spec, there will be another software release inlcuding this keypad in the toolbox. The 2 button, 3 button, and 4 button Palladiom keypads are available to spec at the moment, and they do appear in the software.

I noticed in 9.1 that the 3 button with Raise/Lower can be added to the project, but there is no pricing in the BOM. Seems that is the case with all Palladiom. Will this be updated or will it stay that way like architectural wallplates? This makes documentation and budgeting difficult.
Is it safe to assume that the 3 button RL can be ordered through DIMS, or is it not yet available?

digit1,
Currently pricing is not available in the software. We recommend working with your customer service representative for pricing, availability, and ordering of the Palladiom keypads.
