    Architecture v. Designer

We have a customer that has changed mind on style of keypads, we have already purchased and installed designer style keypads and he would now like Architecture non insert. Can we just order Architecture key caps and install over our Designer keypads?

Not sure if it is Lutron approved, but in a pinch I have done this and it worked fine.
The keypad platform appears to be the same, it's the faceplate that's different.

Would like confirmation from Lutron before I would recommend it.

Im not Lutron but I can tell you yes you need to order new engravings and new faceplates for non insert. However keep in mind they do not offer a Arch Non Insert for any Hybrid keypads.
