Props to the Lutron Homeworks Technical Support Team
Hey there,
I wanted to make this post to thank and give props to the Lutron Homeworks technical support team for helping me through a problem over the last 2 days.
In the end it was a defective relay module causing all of the insanity, but everyone I talked to was very patient and helpful as I tried to articulate what was going on.
Thanks to Mike (the guy who finally identified the problem) and the rest of the team for the help.
