Title 24 and patio lights

Contractor is using par30 halogens.
Needs to turn off a soon after being turned on then back to manual in the eveing so the sensor doesn't kill the party.
Easy fix would be to change out to LED retro until inspection. I've heard of people doing this. I would never. Ever.
I'm I correct in thinking I could use a LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH? Sensor enable in vacancy at sunrise then disable at sunset.

Perhaps you can be a little more long-winded with what you're asking. If you're talking about an outdoor environment, LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH isn't rated for that. My understanding is there's no way to do occupancy/vacancy sensing outdoor with RR2 without some third party integration.
