I plan to pair them with these Lutron switches. http://www.readywholesaleelectric.com/luca315swgco.html I am assuming those are mechanical and will work. Am I correct?

Yes, they should work. I used my Pro switch with an existing 3-way switch. Note that per the instructions you will need to alter the wiring slightly at the mechanical switch.

I would liek a copy of the install instructions also.
