WPM No outputs

So strange problem. I've put in many of the QS WPM's with no problems. Today I pulled one off the shelf to take care of a client who added a bunch of incandescent pendents. Powered up the unit before I hooked up the QS link, and not a single zone came up to any intensity. All the load LED's raise and lower and for all practical purposes looks to be working as it should.. Pulled power and hot checked each zone again, had done the same prior to hook up and all of them work fine, no trips, simply all good. I don't think I have ever had a WPM just not work at all, clicks on.. clicks off, dim's via zone LED's and it is not on the QS link so just at default.

What am I missing or is it just bad

Well, thats a first..well maybe not but very rare, replaced the WPM with a grafik eye... worked perfect. Been some time since bad out of the box has happened. Last time I had that high of a ticket item bad out of the box was an original SBI panel. O well, it had been on the shelf for awhile so hoping warranty isn't a problem..
