Disable the daylight saving time in HWQS

We have a project using QSM (QSM2-4W-C) in the system, so i have to create the program and choose USA, Canada or Mexico as the country to have the same QSM in the program as what we are using in the project, but the problem is when i choose one of those country it have daylight saving time (DST) and automatically enabled/checked. i do not want to used the DST, but the program not allow me to disable/uncheck it.

any advice how to disable/uncheck the DST ?

I believe if you create a new city after defining your country and can enable DST as part of the city settings.

I just tried in the software (8.0).

You can create a new city by pressing 'Add Custom City'. A set of fields pops up to define the parameters of the city, and you can enable or disable DST settings.

In Tools->Project Settings-> Location tab you can enable or disable the DST option.
