Grafik Eye Remote

I have a client with an older Grafik Eye (4 Zone) and the remote no longer works. He replaced the battery and still no luck. Is there a replacement remote available? If so what is the part number or what info is needed to order the correct one?

The model for the remote that the customer needs is GRX-IT-WH for the Grafik Eye (4 Zone).
