    HWQS changing dimmer ramp on/off

The client recently requested that all dimmers on the project ramp on and off as quickly as possible. Phone tech support at Lutron instructed me to change this preset in project settings. Performing this update along with activation and upload of the project seems to have no effect.
I enabled dimmer view in the device programming tab and I could see that none of the dimmer ramp presets changed.
I changed the ramps for 2 devices in the preset field, transferred, and tested without seeing a change.
I pulled the air gap on both dimmers and the change to ramp dimmers was now working.

Is this exactly how others would expect to change this feature for a client? It's a real drag surfing 120+ dimmer on and off presets. If I recall correctly the Ra2 software is as simple as changing the project preset and uploading.

Found it! Go to Design/Controls, View Properties on any dimmer, and there you can update the fade on and off rates and if needed apply update to all devices.
