We would recommend temporarily disabling your windows firewall and computer antivirus while attempting the processor upgrade process, as they sometimes may slow or stop the process. If it works in that manner, you can then restore the antivirus and firewall after they complete.
If this does not work, we would recommend temporarily isolating the processor from the network and any third party systems/devices. Connect then directly via Ethernet cable from the computer to the processor. Please ensure the computer and processor are in the same network. Firmware upgrade the processor in this way, then after it is done, you can restore your previous connections.
