Caseta PD-6ANS Switch will not work with 5 leds but works fine with 4.

My PD-6ANS switch (not dimmer) will not work (green light, but will not switch on) with all 5 LED floods installed. I can remove any one of the bulbs and then the system works fine with 4. Any ideas?


System:
3 Switch Locations
Caseta PD-6ANS Switch (wired according to pg 47 of advanced guide - black, red,neutral,ground and blue unhooked)
2 Pico remotes
5 Juno IC22 CANS with screw in base
5 Cree Br30 Flood LEDs

Is it isolated to a specific bulb or can? I could see a can being miswired (incandescent bulbs are more forgiving than LED) or a bad LED bulb.
