How can I use visor transmitter to arm Vista 20p

Im told its possible to arm/disarm Honeywell Vista 20p with visor trans using phantom buttons. Im wired via RS232 between MR and Vista panel. If alarm system allows one button arm/disarm shouldn't I be able to do this?

I don't believe this is possible, the visor transmitter is "learned" to the keypad buttons on the VCRX. Those buttons do not have an option to link to a phantom button unless you feel like writing a macro in your third party. If the VCRX is close to the Vista 20p, why not use the CCO on the VCRX (which the transmitter can be learned to) to trigger an input in the Vista?
