Green Scene button turns off on itself

I programmed a Keypad with a Green button which is an Inclusive predefined scene that automatically caps all lights to 95% (for energy conservation). When the button is pressed, the LED indicator turns on and stays on until pressed again. So far so good.
However, I noticed multiple times that the Green mode simply turns off on its own, without anyone touching the button. Has anyone experience the same issue?

Dimerize, if you are going to be back on site could you create a Support File and send that to SystemSupport@lutron.com along with the approximate times that you noticed that button was no longer illuminated. We'll be able to go back from there to see why the system came out of Green Mode.
