When you extract a file from a processor, does the file include homeowner edits through the Home Control+ app?
I would be surprised if it did not. I haven't tried it, but whenever I connect to a processor that has homeowner edits, the QS prompts me to sync them. I would suppose that if you extract a file, the next time you transfer, QS would prompt you to sync again if the database on your pc didn't match the processor. If it's crucial then I would call tech support for confirmation.Quote:
