Problem with database

Hi!

i have a problem with a HW Illumination database.

every time i try to open an extracted database the software show me this problem.

there is a way to solve this error?

This error is stating the extracted database might be corrupted. Please email the file into hwsupport@lutron.com to see if they are able to repair the file.
