I don't see how or if you can program the screens button to individual lights. Only working for one light. I saw it being done at CES in Vegas this pass week. I just don't see how in the app. Do I have the wrong PICO for the task?

Have you added the Pico to a specific room? Ra2Select will default to only programming the devices in that specific room to the Pico. You should be able to edit the Pico and change this.
Still unable to get this to work as I think it should.

button 1 - to light in room A
button 2 - to light in room B
button 3 - to light in hallway.
button 4 - is always off by design
What I get is pressing button 1 also turns on devices assigned to button 2 & 3. I can't figure out how to get each button to operate independent of each other.
Is this even possible with the four button pico?
I'll let then Lutron people correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it will always affect all the dimmers applied to that Pico in RA2 Select and Caseta. A full RadioRA2 repeater can be programmed for teh functionality that you are looking for, however.
