I'm running the current beta and I'm not getting keypad feedback on my iPads. I have to change pages and then go back to see the feedback updated. Very annoying, any ideas. Background app refresh is set but that's only back groud anyway when the page in focus is not refreshing. Dimmer levels work fine just not keypads.
No ideas why my keypads aren't updating on the LHC+ on my iPad? Dimmers and levels are fine but keypads aren't refreshing.

Please send an app log file to hwsupport@lutron.com. Provide specific dates/times that the issue occurred as well.

No, I’m still waiting for them to tell me where to find this app log but this forum isn’t very responsive and I haven’t had the desire to call TS. I’ve always had a bad habbit of running beta on new projects which in hind sight is stupid because I have nothing to roll back to. Of course this dependency on sw/firmware revision is a little bizarre and shouldbn’t be as strict as it is.Quote:
