Dimmer on one fixture causes flicker on another fixture on same circuit

I installed a caseta wireless PD 6WCL to control a fixture with led bulbs. It is wired as a single pole
The dimmer works great but when I turn it on or off a fixture in another room but on the same circuit flickers for an instant. The second fixture also has led bulbs but is not on a dimmer

Can you tell us the model number, manufacturer, and amount of wattage of the LED bulb?
