Thought I did this a few days ago. Have not fire up the new laptop since then. So I'm on the job, no internet for laptop only phones. Generated new number on resi site multiple times bit software keeps telling me to check serial number. All is type exactly as seen. No o's or 0's. Do I have to have a internet connection on the laptop to do this?
