Everything works except white

Hi,
I have a Lutron DMX controlling lights across the house but for some reason white doesnt show as white. it seems to be showing as pink. I have been looking at the cabling all day and it seems to be fine.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue or where to start?

What is the product/Driver you are trying to control Some Led Drivers Have RGB and a separate White control
