Light making periodic clicking sounds

Installed Lutron MACL-153M and the light started making periodic clicking sounds even when it is completely off. Frequency of clicking decreases as dimming level does. Any advises?

Check to make sure the light is dimmable and uses forward phase/incandescent/leading edge dimming.
