Upgrading Main Repeater with 8.2.2 Failure

I saw this posted before, and I am still not able to find the answer. I am upgrading the firmware on a repeater to 8.2 and it keeps dying at 13% exactly and then says to power cycle the repeater. I saw this issue in the forum but didn't get an answer. Here is what I have done

-Found Rep on LAN no problem
-Tried to upgrade the firmware and it failed at 13%
-Power Cycled and de activated the repeater
-Tried to upgrade the firmware and it failed at 13%
Connected the rep directly to the computer. Established communication
-Tried to upgrade the firmware and it failed at 13%
-checked network settings on VM Ware. Currently running bridged
Disabled all firewalls
-Tried to upgrade the firmware and it failed at 13%
-Power Cycled and de activated the repeater
restarted the software
restarted the computer
-Tried to upgrade the firmware and it failed at 13%
-Power Cycled and de activated the repeater

I am out of options. I guess I can call tech support if I have to...

Sounds like you need to call tech support. If you're directly connected and still have trouble, I'd call them.

Try opening a brand new fresh blank designer file and upgrading firmware with a direct connection - no router or switch. I saw a similar problem with a dual repeater system.
