Hello jroyer. Yes, if you order a new wallplate, it will come with the sliders needed for the controls. You can use our wallplate tool at http://www.lutron.com/en-US/Service-...MultiGang.aspx You can generate a model number with this tool, then any Lutron distributor should be able to order it for you if they don't already have it in stock.
