Programming toggle - unexpected results

Sorry in advance for the newbie question.

1. Hot Water recirc pump - programmed to button 5 on a keypad 2
2. Bath Sconce - programmed to button 4 on keypad 1 and keypad 2

Current operation:
-Have the recirc on a 15 minute timer so when button 5 is depressed the pump runs for 15 minutes. Can also manually turn off by depressing button 5.
-Sconce is simple and can be turned on/off from either keypad 1 or 2

Desired outcome-
-Depress button 5 on keypad 2 in the morning, recirc pump starts and sconce comes on.
-Button 4 still controls the sconce

Programmed
-added the sconce to button 5 on keypad 2
-all buttons are Toggle Control

Outcome
-Button 5 turns on the recirc pump and sconce. So far so good.
-Button 4 turns off the recirc pump. No good, just want it to control the sconce.

No change to the programming of button 4

How do I program button 5 to turn on the pump and sconce and also turn off the pump and sconce when depressed without affecting the sconce?

I'm not sure what this means??

If you are using a standard toggle button you can go to the "off level" tab and change the sconce to unaffected. You would have to use one of the other buttons to turn the sconce off.
