RAMC 5W Master Operation

I need help to do a reset and program my two RAMC 5W. I have a Chronos System Bridge RA-SBT-CHR that controls the system. I had a brown out and had to reset the system. It recognizes all the zones but not the Master RAMC wall units. I can't find any manuals that discuss this. Thanks
