Upgrading a RA home to QS. House has a considerable number of AD and AS (remote dimmers and switches). Must these be upgraded to HQD-RS/RD or can the existing remote devices function with QS?

Upgrading a RA home to QS. House has a considerable number of AD and AS (remote dimmers and switches). Must these be upgraded to HQD-RS/RD or can the existing remote devices function with QS?
In my experience you should find that the old ADs will work with the new HWQS hardware.
