No power to Lutron casetta switch

I installed multiple switches all over my house but never seen this before.
I have a 3 way switches I am trying to replace. As usual I capped off one end and when I added the switch the switch has no power and the lights are on but I can't turn them off.

Tried installing the switch on both the outlets for 3 way same issue. Switched back to regular Lutron switches and the like guys work fine. Any clue why my switch doesn't have power? I even swapped switches with other Lutron casetta and same issue.

What is the model number of the Caseta switch that you installed?
If you are using the Caseta PD-5WS-DV switch, did you install the included LUT-MLC across/in parallel with the load?

Called support and was told the behavior is same as the switch is not compatible with the LED bulbs, apparently not all LED bulbs are compatible.

We have seen some LEDs that won't work with the PD-5WS-DV, even with the LUT-MLC installed as well. You could try using the neutral wired PD-6ANS switch instead. This switch does require a neutral connection in the wall box.
