Very specific question...
With Homeseer and the plugin to both Caseta and RR2, could I program everything so that I can push a button on the SEETOUCH_KEYPAD and it operate both RR2 and Caseta at the same time? Or, can I push a button the SEETOUCH_KEYPAD and it control Caseta devices?
Yes but you need both plugin, to control caseta only with the seetouch just give the button a name without assign a device than in HS make an events when the seetouch button is press do what you want with the Caseta, to control both 2 choices, let seetouch control the RA2 device and in homeseer make the events to control Caseta or make homeseer to control both. You can do the same thing with a pico or any device of Caseta and RA2.
This will work, but you will probably notice a slightly delayed response from the Caseta devices. This may be even more noticeable because the Radio RA2 devices will appear to respond instantly (via Clear Connect RF rather than HomeKit).
I have been using a 4-Button Pico (and a Caseta plug in dimmer) to control 3rd party HomeKit devices...the Caseta devices respond instantly via RF, while the 3rd party devices have a slight delay when responding to the HomeKit "trigger".
I don't know about the HomeKit but with homeseer it it's hard to see the deference. See this post from a user: http://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=186984
