Re-setting question-main repeater and all devices

The original setup for a RadioRa 2 system for a client was done manually. They now want me to come in and add scenes/make changes. I plan on adding their system to the Lutron software in order to "re-program". I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, I will have to reset the main repeater to the default by doing the triple tap of the test button sequence to return to the factory settings in order to program. Will I also need to reset the devices through out the house or just the main repeater before I enter everything into my laptop, program, activate, and transfer?

Once you default the main repeater it will also default all of the devices that are assigned to the main repeater. You will then be able to activate the devices into your project file.

Just to clarify, for others that may read my original thread, when I say "manually programed" I meant to say the client did a "walk around programming/activation". I plan on going to the site, return the main repeater to the factory defaults, create a project file, activate, and transfer the new scenes. Next time they want changes it will be much easier with my laptop and their file.
