ConnectBridge requires a firmware update

I have completed the online training to gain access to the RadioRA essentials (i'm using version ~11) and have setup my system... but my ConnectBridge requires a firmware upgrade and I don't have access to that software it seems. Where can I get the software to update my ConnectBridge?

If you have a CONNECT-BDG2 (current version), make sure it has access to the Internet. It will automatically update itself. It may take a day or two.

If you have a CONNECT-BDG (version 1) contact tech support. They will probably replace it.

Randy. I doubt they will replace a bridge-1. I had one that did not get the update and tech barely held the line long enough to say have a nice day.

YMMV, but they replaced mine around a year ago without any argument at all.

They replaced one for a client about 3 months ago. Even after I told them it got zapped by a power surge.

Then maybe I'll give it another shot. Still have it in a box just in case.
