Can you use gold engraving ticket on a different button kit configuration?

The installed hybrid keypads (now fired installer) are RRD-HN4S-SW(4 button + 1 scene button) but customer would much rather change them to RRD-HN6BRL-SW (6 button with raise lower) so she can program in an extra scene per keypad. Can we make the change in the software and then use the gold ticket from the keypad or is the gold ticket tied to that button configuration?
