Hi, When I am trying to transfer edits I am getting an error message saying Homeowner edits could not be sync'ed. I keep having to extract the programming or overwrite the edit. 92 devices and the edits were made with the Connect app. 10.0. I am connecting using a wired connection. Suggestions?
I would recommend disabling all firewalls while you are directly connected. If you are still unable to sync the edits, please create a support file by going to Help > Support > Create Support file while connected to the Main Repeater. Once the file is created send it to SystemSupport@lutron.com and we will investigate what may be causing the issue.
