Click on settings on the top right. Scroll down to edit email on the left.

I was wondering if you meant the account associated with Lutron hubs/bridges. With myLutron you have to call tech support.
I am having the same issue and being deaf I cannot call. All my information is years out of date (by more than a decade) but none of it in MyLutron is editable so can can I correct it WITHOUT calling?
