Hybrid keypad help

I am designing a home radio RA2 setup and am confronted with a slight problem. This is a home that is already wired. The family room has a 3-gang box with the main lights, fan control and fan light control. The homeowner wants to have a hybrid keypad in this box, due to its location in the room. How can I do this. The hybrid keypad will have to take the place of one of those and I don't have a good suggestion or remedy for this.

Have the hybrid control the main lights if the load is under the max, or run the fan's light kit from the hybrid. Ceiling fan would be on a RRD2ANFxx

So then use a 4 button hybrid RRD-H4S and use the bottom button and increase/decrease as the dimmer for the main lights?

Using the RRD-H4S would be fine, teh buttons could then be programmed however the homeowners would like, Personally I would use the top buttons for individual load control and then the bottom button for an all off scene for the room.
