Has anyone experienced trouble getting shade limit tool to open in qs 8.1.0 Every time i try to open tool the software just hangs. Everything else is fine including IHA tool that works just fine.

Has anyone experienced trouble getting shade limit tool to open in qs 8.1.0 Every time i try to open tool the software just hangs. Everything else is fine including IHA tool that works just fine.
We have not seen these issues before, have you tried running the software as an administrator or repairing the project file? If these do not work, please try the steps from the post below:
