No shade action on security alert.

Have a system setup to turn on lights, flash outside lights, and open shades when security triggers a VCRX (pretty typical).

Problem is that the shades aren't responding to the trigger. Any ideas?

How are you triggering the event? Phantom button, directly on the CCI?

I remember having this problem. I thought it was resolved by using a phantom button.
