Front porch overhead light - caseta switch (not dimmer) not working

Thanks for the add. Brand new to Caseta/Lutron.
Since the porch light is not going on or off according the schedule (Sunrise/Sunset) I set up in the app, should in remove the APP from my phone and start all over?
I can't get this to work for the life of me. The light (bulb) works, so that's not the issue. What should I do? TIA. (I'm ready to return it and stay "old School" :)

Verify you have control of the device. I.e. can you turn it on/off from the app.

Check your location and time zone in the software.
